यह नीति बताती है कि परिषद वेबसाइट और सदस्यता फॉर्म के माध्यम से आपकी कौन-सी जानकारी लेती है और उसका उपयोग कैसे करती है।

This policy explains what information the Parishad collects through this website and the membership form, and how it is used.

1. 1. हम कौन-सी जानकारी लेते हैं

   नाम, पिता का नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल, ज़िला, राज्य और (वैकल्पिक) फोटो, जो आप सदस्यता फॉर्म में भरते हैं। भुगतान का Order/Payment ID, राशि और माध्यम (जैसे UPI)।

   Information we collect

   Name, father's name, mobile number, email, district, state and an optional photo that you enter in the membership form; payment Order/Payment ID, amount and mode (e.g. UPI).

2. 2. भुगतान की जानकारी

   भुगतान Razorpay भुगतान गेटवे के सुरक्षित पेज पर होता है। आपके कार्ड, बैंक या UPI PIN की जानकारी हमारे पास न आती है, न रखी जाती है।

   Payment information

   Payments are processed on the secure page of the Razorpay payment gateway. Your card, bank or UPI PIN details never reach or stay with us.

3. 3. उपयोग

   सदस्यता आवेदन की जाँच, डिजिटल ID कार्ड बनाना व भेजना (ईमेल/WhatsApp), सदस्यता सत्यापन (QR) और संगठन के कार्यक्रमों की सूचना देना।

   How we use it

   To review membership applications, create and send the digital ID card (email/WhatsApp), membership verification (QR) and to inform you about the organisation's programmes.

4. 4. साझा करना

   हम आपकी जानकारी बेचते या किराये पर नहीं देते। केवल सेवा देने वाले भागीदारों (भुगतान गेटवे, फोटो होस्टिंग, ईमेल) के साथ ज़रूरत भर, या क़ानूनन माँगे जाने पर साझा की जाती है। सत्यापन पेज पर केवल नाम, फोटो, मेंबर ID और ज़िला दिखते हैं।

   Sharing

   We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only as needed with service providers (payment gateway, photo hosting, email) or when required by law. The public verification page shows only name, photo, member ID and district.

5. 5. सुरक्षा व अवधि

   जानकारी सुरक्षित सर्वर पर रखी जाती है और केवल अधिकृत पदाधिकारी देख सकते हैं। सदस्यता बने रहने तक, या क़ानूनी ज़रूरत तक रखी जाती है।

   Security and retention

   Data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised office-bearers. It is kept while the membership continues, or as required by law.

6. 6. आपके अधिकार

   आप अपनी जानकारी देखने, सुधारने या सदस्यता समाप्त कर जानकारी हटाने का अनुरोध नीचे दिए ईमेल/फ़ोन पर कर सकते हैं।

   Your rights

   You may request to see or correct your information, or to end your membership and delete it, using the email/phone below.

7. 7. कुकीज़

   वेबसाइट केवल ज़रूरी कुकीज़ (जैसे एडमिन लॉगिन) का उपयोग करती है; विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग कुकीज़ नहीं।
