1. 1. सदस्यता

   सदस्यता 18 वर्ष या अधिक आयु के उन व्यक्तियों के लिए है जो परिषद के उद्देश्यों से सहमत हैं। फॉर्म में दी गई जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए।

   Membership

   Membership is open to persons aged 18 or above who agree with the objectives of the Parishad. Information given in the form must be true.

2. 2. सदस्यता शुल्क

   सदस्यता शुल्क फॉर्म पर दिखाया जाता है और ऑनलाइन (UPI, कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग) Razorpay भुगतान गेटवे के माध्यम से लिया जाता है। शुल्क भुगतान से सदस्यता अपने आप स्वीकृत नहीं होती।

   Membership fee

   The membership fee is shown on the form and is collected online (UPI, card, net banking) through the Razorpay payment gateway. Paying the fee does not automatically approve the membership.

3. 3. स्वीकृति

   भुगतान के बाद पदाधिकारी आवेदन की जाँच करते हैं। स्वीकृति या अस्वीकृति का अधिकार परिषद के पास है। स्वीकृत होने पर QR वाला डिजिटल ID कार्ड ईमेल/WhatsApp पर भेजा जाता है।

   Approval

   After payment, office-bearers review the application. The Parishad reserves the right to approve or reject it. On approval a digital ID card with QR is sent by email/WhatsApp.

4. 4. रिफंड

   अस्वीकृत आवेदन का शुल्क रिफंड नीति के अनुसार वापस किया जाता है।

   Refunds

   Fees for rejected applications are refunded as per the Refund Policy.

5. 5. ID कार्ड का उपयोग

   ID कार्ड केवल परिषद की सदस्यता की पहचान है। इसका दुरुपयोग, या परिषद के नाम से अनधिकृत कार्य करने पर सदस्यता रद्द की जा सकती है।

   Use of ID card

   The ID card only identifies membership of the Parishad. Misuse of it, or unauthorised acts in the Parishad's name, may lead to cancellation of membership.

6. 6. वेबसाइट सामग्री

   वेबसाइट की सामग्री, लोगो और फोटो परिषद की हैं; बिना अनुमति व्यावसायिक उपयोग न करें।

   Website content

   Website content, logo and photos belong to the Parishad; do not use them commercially without permission.

7. 7. क्षेत्राधिकार

   किसी भी विवाद पर भारत का क़ानून लागू होगा और न्यायक्षेत्र लखनऊ (उत्तर प्रदेश) होगा।

   Jurisdiction

   These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) shall have jurisdiction.
